About No61 and its owner
Tucked away on the Gretton Road is the cozy terrace cottage, No61. The cottage was bought in 2016 by Alexandra Case, who transformed it from a drab ex-rental property into a quirky and luxurious Cotswold home. From No61, visitors can enjoy the unspoilt town of Winchcombe and explore the beautiful Cotswold area. The cottage is ideally located just 5 minutes walk from the cafes, restaurants and pubs and a short drive from beautiful Cheltenham Spa and its famous racecourse. A local pub provides a tennis court for active guests.
No61 has been decorated in an eclectic style utilising, reusing and recycling vintage furniture and reclaimed architectural salvage. The cottage has all the mod-cons needed for a comfortable stay, alongside some quirky interior design.
The cottage was inspired by the owner, Alexandra Case, who bought the property while taking a break from a stressful career, allowing her to indulge in her love of the Cotswold countryside, property renovation and interior design. Alexandra lives in the local area and has a wealth of knowledge that she will happily share with you should you need her during your stay.
No61 is more than just a synthesis of taste and design, it is a loved and nurtured space, intended to feel like your second home during your stay. Alexandra will make your stay one to remember.
